All travelers must have a valid passport with at least six months of validity from the date of return and a minimum of four blank visa pages. If you don't have a passport, you may visit your local post office to apply. Be aware that passport processing varies, and can take up to 8 weeks to complete. Keep this in mind when planning your trip.

Once your deposit is paid, our team gets to work curating your global beauty experience. Once payments are made on your behalf to our suppliers, it is non-refundable to us. Therefore, we are unable to refund any deposits made.

Yes. Every attendee receives a post-tour follow-up call to integrate your learnings and create an action plan. You will also receive several educational courses and ebooks with your tour purchase, allowing you to combine theory with hands-on experience for the best chance of success.

Our tours involve extensive walking, standing, and navigating trade show floors, factories, and markets. They are not suitable for travelers using wheelchairs, those with significant mobility limitations, or individuals with serious heart conditions. Contact us if you have specific mobility concerns.
Yes. You may transfer your spot to another qualified participant on the waitlist, or someone you know personally, as long as they meet the qualifications for attendance. All transfers are subject to approval.
Select your tour and pay the initial deposit to reserve your spot. All tours are limited to 6–8 travelers per tour, so early registration is recommended.
